We understand our customers use Jama Software to release mission-critical products and it is highly important to have as much notice as possible when Jama Software releases updates that cause an interruption in service. By popular request, we are now publishing our planned release schedule. As always, we will provide more precise details via email as the release date approaches. Legacy Cloud SAML service - Cloud customers must migrate to Auth0. Self-hosted customers can either migrate to Auth0 (requires internet connection) or Jama Connect SAML packaged with versions 8.62 and later (does not require internet connection). Please submit a ticket with Jama Software Support for additional assistance with this migration. |

Notes
- We may still schedule downtime or maintenance outside of this calendar; you can refer to the Jama Software SLA for further information.
- Jama Software servers are hosted in two (2) regions across the globe, and the release dates will vary by region. Please see your internal Jama Software owner to determine where your instance lives.
- Generally, self-hosted releases will be made available for download approximately three (3) weeks following Cloud deployments. You can expect self-hosted releases twice a year.
